From the article by Panagiotis Koustas for Esquire in Greece:
Pink and blue illusory light to illuminate a queer dream, a pornographic arthouse fantasy, the apotheosis of the camp. Such a picture from the arthouse film Pink Narcissus , so confused, came and haunted my mind when I heard the news of the death of the pioneering photographer, artist and cinematographer James Bidgood , who passed away on January 31st. An image that may accurately describe the atmosphere created by viewers in his legendary underground film , released in 1971 , without his own signature.
