Working as a CETA photographer for the American Jewish Congress, I created a photographic archive of Jewish New York. I also taught photography to homebound adults, and to children in after school programs. CETA gave me the on-the-job experience and confidence to become a NYC Public School Art teacher, my profession of 31 years.
