An annual rite of spring, The Photography Show presented by AIPAD (Association of International Photography Art Dealers) overtook New York City’s Pier 94 last week. Although somewhat shrunken this year, it still registered as sensory overload with thousands of photographs, books, events and people filling the hall. The cacophony made it seem all the more significant when certain photographs caught our eye and drew us in.
