ARTIST

Blake Little is an award winning, Los Angeles-based photographer. Born and raised in Seattle, Washington, Little moved to Los Angeles in 1982 after graduating with a photography degree from Seattle’s Central College, and quickly became part of the vibrant 1980s LA Art Scene.

His outstanding artist portrait series, which included David Hockney, John Baldessari, and Ed Rusha, lead to commercial assignments in the entertainment industry and began his career. His skills as a portrait photographer have garnered him a reputation as a favorite amongst celebrities, international publications, and corporate clients. He has photographed for publications such as London Times Magazine, Entertainment Weekly, People, Time, Los Angeles Magazine and ESPN the Magazine. Three monographs of Little’s photographs have been published: Dichotomy (1997), The Company of Men (2011) and Manifest (2013). Little’s work has also been exhibited internationally.
