In ‘Reflections of India’ the exhibited artists play with existing stereotypes – the New York-based photographer Manjari Sharma even stages them for their works. Her series ‘Darshan’ shows mythical deities: Sharma adapts to religious aesthetic aesthetics and lets the archetypal archetypes meet the aesthetics of the modern age.
