Robert Calafiore is an American artist who works with pinhole photography, a technique where a tiny hole is used instead of a lens that records light on a sensitive surface. His latest series, ‘Figure’, focuses on a new subject, the male form: we asked him to tell us what lies behind these colorful and sensual images, and he explained to us how such a ‘slow’ approach is necessary , if not essential, to understand what it means to represent masculinity today.
