From Milly Watson’s article for Musée Magazine:
Bill Armstrong has anchored unique techniques to cultivate a recognisable photographic style. Armstrong disrupts the typical photographic image through the use of blur, hence the title: “All a Blur” comes to fruition in the space of CLAMP in New York. It is a retrospective celebrating over two decades of Armstrong’s career, as well as incorporating ongoing bodies of work, reflecting the continuous successful course of his practice.
