Lars Tunbjörk was a Swedish photographer known for his “deadpan portraits of office spaces and suburban lifestyles.”
He published several monographs including Office (Journal Editions, 2002), Home (Steidl Editions, 2003), Vinter (Musée d’Art Moderne de Stockholm/Steidl Editions, 2007), I Love Boras (Steidl Editions, 2007), and Every Day (Diaphane Editions, 2012), among others.
Tunbjörk’s work is represented in the permanent collections of the Museum of Modern Art, New York; Musée d’Art Moderne de Stockholm; Centre Pompidou, Paris; Maison Européenne de la Photographie, Paris; Museet for Fotokunst, Denmark; and Fotomuseet, Norway.
