Jem Southam (b. 1950) is a British photographer recognized for his large-format color landscapes. Working primarily in the southwest of England, his images examine the passage of time, the cycles of nature, and the evolving relationship between people and place. His work is represented in major collections, including the Victoria and Albert Museum, London, and the J. Paul Getty Museum, Los Angeles.
