Alexandria artist Kathryn Keller paints her life in oil and watercolor. Through her interiors, landscapes, and portraits, Keller shows her love of the Southern world in all its forms from her homes at Inglewood in Central Louisiana and New Orleans and her travels. Born in El Dorado, Arkansas, Keller grew up in Arkansas and Mississippi as the daughter of an Episcopal priest. She received her BA in Fine Art and English from the University of South Sewanee, Tennessee, and continued her studies at museums and academies in Little Rock, Santa Fe, New York City, New Orleans, and North Carolina. Keller has shown her work in solo and group exhibitions throughout the South. This will be the inaugural museum show for this stellar artist.
