From Silviane Gold’s review in The New York Times:

[A]t the Bruce Museum, in Greenwich, art lovers, toy fanciers and children of all ages can enjoy “Inside the Artists’ Studios: Small-Scale Views,” a fine selection of creations by [Richard] Haas and three other contemporary artists.

In the case of [Lori] Nix, the accompanying photographs, “Lori Nix Studio” and “Subway,” are the actual artworks. She builds her models in order to photograph and then discard them. But her miniature studio has survived, along with a model of the model for “Subway,” which was in her apartment when she made the facsimile of the apartment. Got that?
