Bill Armstrong’s work is illustrated on the cover of Floriane Herrero’s important new book, “Photographie contemporaine.” The publication is a wonderful overview of the contributions of the most influential photographers of the past twenty-five years, including Roger Ballen, Gregory Crewdson, Thomas Demand, Nan Goldin, Andreas Gursky, William Klein, Cindy Sherman, Hiroshi Sugimoto, and Jeff Wall, among many others. It is quite an honor for Armstrong to have his work grace the cover.
