Jeff Mermelstein is an American photojournalist and street photographer known for his photographs of New York City street life, as well as September 11th and its aftermath. His photographs are represented in the collections of the Art Institute of Chicago, the International Museum of Photography at George Eastman House, and the New York Public Library. Mermelstein currently teaches at the International Center of Photography in New York City.
